Jeff Mathwig – President

Jeff attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and graduated in 1997 with a degree in Business Management. His involvement in the wood pallet industry began in 2001, and since then has completed intensive short courses in Pallet Design System (PDS) and Unit Load Design from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He has been an owner of Badger Custom Pallet since 2009 and specializes in engineering and shipping solutions tailored to our customers’ specific requirements

Tim Rozinski – Human Resource/Sales

Tim has been an owner of Badger Custom Pallet since 2001. His specialities include pallet design and sales. He is dedicated to providing our customers with products that meet their unique needs through his extensive knowledge of the pallet and logistics industries. Tim, and everyone on our sales team, works closely with our customers to ensure we are providing them with the highest quality solutions to their pallet and shipping container needs.

Diane McCumber – Office Manager/Accounts Payable

Since dedicating 17 years of military service to the Air National Guard, Diane has spent 15 years in business accounting and office management. She is in charge of day-to-day operations in the front office including human resources, payroll, and accounting.

Randy Vick – Operations Manager

Badger Custom Pallet’s ability to adapt to its customers’ needs at a moment notice is owed to Randy. Randy ensures that the materials are on hand at all times to create custom components on short notice. Additionally, he oversees Badger Custom Pallet’s recycling program and can utilize and repair used pallets for a variety of purposes.
